PC Early College

Video Club 2025

This is just a 30-second compilation of two student projects. Students were working on commerials for a product of their own choosing.

What's For Sale Here?!

This site aims to promote a video club that also uses speaking in

interviewing, acting,

stand-ups, voice-over,

& commercials or "sales-pitching."

As the tabs suggest, there is also an emphasis on composing shots, editing video, some prepared speeches, and impromptu humor.

This site gives other ideas to draw on:   speechmojo.com/tmworkshops

Stan Coss (Mr. C) taught video production with a TV show for 19 years at Polk County High School, as seen on speechmojo.com/tracks  .

This 4-H club would focus on video while having elements of public speaking from his being a Toastmaster and his former days at BRCC.

*If you have questions on joining such a club, contact Mr. C at   stancoss2@gmail.com  .  At this point, the club will meet twice a month for 90 minutes, starting September 16th, every other Wednesday at 3:30 PM at the Henderson County Center on Jackson Park Road for the 10 months school is in session.

The Insta- Pass

& Multi-purpose Stapler Commercials

These from  Austin Kempton tout an invention that students would like to make use of and a standard item with nonstandard uses.

Dent-Remover :

Benton, the student body president, got student driver approval to make his demonstrations of his product's effectiveness.

Lipgloss Sale:

This is made in and around a school bathroom.  An Invasion of Privacy may be an issue.

All Aboard!

This is barely a  commercial, and would certainly fail as a hard-sell, but it did meet the class project requirements of a stand-up, five well -composed shots, and voice-over to reinforce a message.  Granted, ceramic figures in a den don't get to go places very often.
